Anna Lasne

I recently graduated from EPFL with a Master's in Life Sciences Engineering, specializing in Neuroscience. I decided to follow up with a PhD as I wanted to continue working in research. Currently, I'm pursuing my PhD in the Weber Lab, where I am a part of Dr. Marina Herwerth's group. My research focuses on the interaction between microglia and astrocytes. My research aims to unravel how microglia respond to immune-mediated astrocyte loss and subsequent astrocyte activation, contributing to our understanding of neuroinflammation and recovery.
