I completed my Master’s of Biomedicine in Experimental Immunology at the University of Zurich and am now pursuing a PhD under joint supervision of Prof. Patrick Roth at the Neurology Department at USZ and of Dr. Marina Herwerth at the Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the UZH. My research focus is to understand how CAR T cells can impact the progression of multiple sclerosis (MS). Specifically, I am investigating how these cells modulate immune responses in the central nervous system (CNS) and interact with various cell types within the CNS. With a strong interest in immunology and its role in disease mechanisms, I am excited to contribute to advancing therapeutic approaches for MS. Outside of research, I enjoy staying active, especially through tennis, snowboarding, and other outdoor activities.
